Fossil Fuels: NAS committee to develop carbon capture research agenda

The National Academy of Sciences (NAS) is launching a study on carbon capture and sequestration (CCS) that is sponsored by EPA, the Department of Energy (DOE) and other agencies, suggesting the Trump administration will continue some level of focus on the technology even as it pulls back on climate policy.
