Event: Can energy and air regulators better work together?

The Regulatory Assistance Project (RAP), a group of former state regulators, is aiming to avoid “inefficient 'stovepiping' of responsibilities” between air quality and energy regulators. Toward this end, the group in an April 27 webinar will tout its “E-Merge” process that will help regulators align their efforts, amid an ongoing market shift toward clean power generation.
