Document: Wheeler seeks DOJ inquiry into environmental groups

EPA Administrator Andrew Wheeler is asking the Department of Justice (DOJ) to review whether the Sierra Club and other U.S. environmental groups should be registered as “foreign agents” due to alleged funding from China and Russia with the goal of undermining U.S. energy independence and EPA’s decision-making.
