Document: OIG probing EPA administration of contracts worth $160 million

EPA's Office of Inspector General (OIG) is investigating an anonymous complaint of improprieties in the agency's administration of three contracts awarded to the company that provides its budgeting software that have a total value over $160 million, according to a compendium of government contracting data.
