Document: OIG opens review of EPA enforcement record dating to FY06

EPA's Office of Inspector General (OIG) is opening a sweeping review of the agency's enforcement in fiscal years 2006-18, with dual goals of analyzing long-term trends in the results of various agency enforcement actions and identifying “key factors” that explain differences in those results under various regions and environmental laws.
