Document: House leaders order EPA, White House to preserve records

A total of 21 House committee chairs are directing the White House and 53 federal agencies, including EPA, to comply with record-keeping laws and preserve all records potentially responsive to congressional inquiries from the past two years as part of the transition from the Trump administration to President-elect Joe Biden’s administration.
