Document: EPA finds 3 percent rise in net GHGs in 2018

EPA’s latest annual draft greenhouse gas inventory is finding that the country’s net emissions spiked 3.2 percent in 2018 due to increased fossil energy consumption, a finding that is likely to intensify calls by environmental groups and others for tougher steps to combat climate change.
