Document: EPA backs OIG's calls for new controls on overtime program

EPA is pledging to step up oversight on the program that pays criminal enforcement officers to be available outside normal working hours, agreeing with recommendations in a new Office of Inspector General (OIG) report that said officials are not “consistently” enforcing its policies on the program.
