Congress: Whitfield introduces Congressional Review Act resolutions on EPA rules

Rep. Ed Whitfield (R-KY), head of the energy and power subcommittee of the Energy and Commerce Committee, has introduced two Congressional Review Act resolutions targeting EPA power-plant emissions rules.
