Congress: Washington Democrats fault EPA Region 10 reopening process

Washington state’s Democratic congressional delegation is objecting to EPA’s decision to reopen its Region 10 in Seattle “without a clearly articulated plan to provide for worker safety,” and the lawmakers are also pressing the agency to bargain with its largest employee union on the terms of the reopening process.
