Congress: House-Senate defense bill omits CCUS provisions

A House-Senate compromise version of this year’s National Defense Authorization Act omits provisions that would have boosted carbon capture, use and storage (CCUS), even though the Senate had advanced the measure in its version of the defense bill and it enjoys bipartisan support.
