Congress: Environmentalists again push to scrap biomass budget rider

Over 50 environmental groups are urging congressional leaders to scrap a budget policy rider requiring EPA and other agencies to treat forest biomass energy as carbon neutral in a forthcoming legislative deal funding the federal government for the remainder of fiscal year 2021.
