Congress: Carper seeks five GAO studies on climate impacts

Tom Carper (D-DE), the top Democrat on the Senate Environment & Public Works (EPW) Committee, is urging the Government Accountability Office (GAO) to conduct a series of studies examining how climate change threatens the environment, human health and the federal government’s fiscal exposure.
