Congress: Calls mount for Hill action on clean energy incentives

Dozens of groups backing tax incentives for renewables, energy efficiency, carbon capture and electric vehicles are ramping up appeals for lawmakers to consider enacting the provisions as part of must-pass legislation in the waning days of the current Congress.
