Congress: Bipartisan Senate duo float bill to promote CCS research

Senate Environment & Public Works Committee (EPW) Chairman John Barrasso (R-WY) and the committee’s clean air panel ranking member Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) have reintroduced legislation to “narrowly amend” the Clean Air Act to incentivize deployment of carbon capture and sequestration (CCS) research and development.
