Biofuels: Final briefs reiterate wide-ranging attacks on EPA's 2017 RFS

Refiners and biofuels groups in their final briefs challenging EPA's 2017 renewable fuel standard (RFS) are reiterating wide-ranging attacks on the rule including whether the agency's fuel production targets are too high or low, and whether EPA must shift the program's compliance burden from refiners to fuel blenders.
