Biofuels: D.C. Circuit schedules oral argument in E15 case

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit has scheduled oral argument for Feb. 19 in litigation brought by refiners and biofuels interests against EPA’s 2019 authorization of year-round sales of 15-percent ethanol fuel (E15), with refiners seeking to undo the approval while biofuels advocates push for allowing sales of higher blends.
